Thank you for enrolling a course with us . We want to make sure that our customers have an exceptional learning experience. As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. Cancellation & Refunds: Training

We appeal to you to visit/access the trial videos first, for detailed information about the courses before pursuing with payment options to enrol for the course. We understand that still you can change your mind. We know that some of our courses might not be 100% relevant to you in your current need. That is why we give you the freedom to ask for a complete refund of your course fee any day before commencing the program. If the cancellation is done by the customer before commencing the registration, 100% of course fee paid will be refunded. If the cancellation is done by the customer after the last date of registration no refund will be made.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed by cheque payment within30 days after intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request. All Refund shall be made through banking or any other payment channels duly authorised by Reserve Bank of India.
