The modules in this course address both verbal and non-verbal communication. This course is designed for all those who
wish to enhance their communication. It also equips you to smoothly navigate through the recruitment process, especially
fresh graduates. There are two modules under which there are three chapters each. After each chapter, there are multiple

What you will learn in this course
This course will give you an in-depth knowledge of various verbal and non-verbal communication skills. In the first
module you will learn about effective communication, emotional quotient and conflict management. You will learn about
the importance of communication, the barriers of communication, ways to avoid miscommunication, conflict management and
emotional intelligence in this module. You will also get access to a bonus chapter which has a series of roleplays which
will help you understand how conflict arises and how you can manage it better.
In the second module, you will learn phone etiquette, email etiquette and presentation skills in detail. You will also
learn how to use a positive and polite tone while making or receiving a call and while replying to an e-mail, how to
groom and present yourself professionally, and tips on improving your body language.
Structure of Course Delivery
The entire course will be made available online. It consists of several in-depth lectures delivered by a subject matter expert, appropriately supported by slides and images where necessary. The delivery has a tremendous degree of versatility. A class may be paused to allow you to take notes and refer to your textbooks (not provided). If you already know a certain part of the lecture, you can rewind it to hear it again or skip a slide or two. You are free to go back over a section at a later time if you need to review it before your assessment. You are free to take the topics in this course in whatever order you choose, even though our curriculum may prescribe otherwise.
